CICI Care offers 7 days free return and refund. If you are disappointed in any way or receive a damaged or faulty product please contact us within 7 days of purchase. All refunds will be made by the method of payment, excluding delivery costs.
When returning the goods by post please note:
- It may take up to 14 days for your parcel to reach us
- Returned items will be processed within 5 working days of receipt
- Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit
- You are advised to use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance
